Sep 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is pretty malty, with a bit of grain and ever-so-slight hop characteristic. Taste is malt up front with a grain/hop finish. Solid, but unspectacular.

Aug 22, 2009 Bottle sample. Clear copper pour with a medium white head. Malt aroma through and through with some sweet, grainy and cereal-ish qualities. Flavor of grainy malt, vegetables, and a bit of hop. Not great.

Aug 13, 2009 Light Amber pour with a fizzy offwhite head. Slight tofee malt and nice floral hopping. Mouthfeel is light, the flavor is dissapointing compared to the aroma. Some resin hops and a bit of sweet malt. throughout is an herbal hop bitterness.

Aug 2, 2009 bottle into shaker. Copper body wit nice white head that doesnt last too long. Nice hop and pale malt balance on the nose. Flavor is the same. Very simple. Mostly bitter resinous hops. Medium body and carbonation. Overall: refreshing easy drinking average pale.

Jul 27, 2009 a nice enough brew but balanced towar d the malt side......i prefer the hop side. mellow with a souly sweet body and flavor it is caramel malt with a low hop profile mostly lemony and weak. decent kick that is hidden.
