May 28, 2008 From 2L plastic bottle. Hazy yellow with no head. Fizzy. Aroma is citric and slight mouldy, yet not unpleasant. Flavour is refreshing citric with a special breadish malt flavour. I feel somewhat bloated from drinking this due to the high carbonation. Ends citric and thirst quencing. Somewhat yeasty finish.

Jan 2, 2008 Bottled. Looks like a lemon soda. The aroma has lemon with some sweetness and yeast. Good sparkling mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh with lemon and some sweetness. A refreshing kvass.

Feb 6, 2007 At brewpub. No head. Pale yellow colour. Powerfull citrus/lemon aroma. Nice fresh lemonadelike flavor. Watery but nice palate. Far better than radlers.

Nov 20, 2005 A hazy light yellow kvas with no head. The aroma is only of lemon, while the flavor is sweet lemony - just like a well made but thin lemonade.
