Clear copper colour, small head. Rich aroma of orange and hay. Sweet and caramelly, solidly malty. Perfumy hops with pine needles oraneg and yeast are evident. Finishes with medium bitterness. Pleasant and laid back, warming and well balanced. Papsoe (10510), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Pours an almost clear amber with a dense, yellowish head leaving a neat lacework. Somewhat rustic and dusty hoppy nose - probably from the English hops.
