Nov 11, 2003 The aroma is very malty sweet - from a nice malt blend including caramel malt notes of nuts and yeast mixes in. Great aroma. The color is nut brown and it has a beutiful bubbly beige head. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of nuts and caramel which turns hoppy bitter in the middle just to end on a note of malty dryness coming from roasted and chocolate malt that lingers. A great and very complex flavor.
