| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 3, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, rich, mahogany-hued body with a small, ivory-colored head.
Smell: Predominately fruity aroma smelling almost entirely and rather strongly of ripe plums with a minor backdrop of good wholesome alcohol.
Taste: Again, it’s rather fruity, still with the plums and with a sugary sweetness. Light chocolate malt hint. Some warming booze. Finishes fruity with a sourish yeastiness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Mild carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
Drinkability: It’s good! Different, yes, but good.
