The aroma has hints of banana, hay, wood, maybe a tiny bit of sourness. The flavor is much sweeter than the aroma would lead me to believe, though it’s certainly not cloying. I get residual funk in the finish with a sweet, fruity bouquet up front. Carbontation is minimal. Honey flavors seem to wash over any sour/acidic notes that perk their head up. Pretty decent brew, certainly enjoyable. Jmichael (633), Asheville, North Carolina, USA
