Aroma of lightly sweet and doughy pale malts with a touch of earthy hops. Starts lightly sweet and slightly grainy with a good balance of bitterness toward a crisp, refreshing finish. A drinkable, yet quite flavorful golden. jcwattsrugger (5393), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 22, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden color. Head was thin and white. There wasn’t any lace left behind. Aroma, such as it was, consisted of some grassy hops and a whiff of cereal grain. Flavor was similar with a light fruity note that reminded me of apricot. Mild hop bitterness came out at the end. On the watery end of the spectrum. Not very good. SledgeJr (2961), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Appearance: Clear, deep yellow body with a small white head.
Smell: Sweet-smelling cereal malt aroma with slight flowery hop notes.
Taste: Sweet cereal maltiness. Lightly floral with just a touch of spicy hop bitterness. Still manages to finish sweetish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Not bad at all for a golden.
