A clean almost amber pour with no head or lace. Some hops on the nose and nothing else. A semi-sweet flavor and almost no bitter. A hint of som sour on the end but just a hint. You can taste a little bitter. Good palate medium light caarbonation and body. Not bad but a bit weak for the style on the hop profile3. A drinker yep prize winner hope.

Draught at Jack. Clear orange-amber, short lacing white head. Vague malty aroma. Taste is slightly soapy with caramel and light toffee grit. Light hop prickling but, on the whole, tends toward the bland. Dry, faintly hoppy aftertaste. Medium-full body.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours orange gold with good looking ivory head. The aromais weak, but citrusy with a little bit of caramel and a hint of butterscotch. The flavor is grassy hops without much bitterness. Biscuits, some burnt toast. Gets a bit fruity toward the finish. Decent, but unexciting.

Oaky, gold-brown, filmy head. Lightly floral, slightly plummy, medium sweet ale aroma. Lightly roasted , hoppy, a little oversparged, some diacetyl. Bitter finish, medium to mediuim light body. Mix a west coast brown with an English PA and this is what you get. Finish overstays its welcome a bit.

Cloudy brownish copper, thin head. Clean, floral hop aroma. Crisp earthy hops on a base of toasty, mildly sweet malts. Nice session ale.

Cask at the Durham WBF. Murky gold with a small off white head. Citrusy grapefruit nose, some biscuity notes. Mild grapefruit and biscuit flavors, pretty good balance. Pretty good.

draught. Copper pour, almost no head. Grapefruit, light caramel, and mild soap in the nose. Goes down juicy sweet with plenty of soft, sugary notes. Hops are just par for the style and becomes only slightly puckering. Easy to quaff, fairly British in attitude. All right, I guess.

Darught at the brewpub. Clear light orange color with thin white head. Light sprucy hop nose. Well balanced hop and biscuity malt flavors. Slight hop bitterness at the end which lingers.
