Bottle poured a clear gold with a minimal off white head. Aromas of apple, vanilla, light spice and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp yet smooth. Flavors of straw, light fruitiness, light spice and a hint of vanilla with a smooth lingering herbal finish.

Courtesy redlight. Pours a hazy orange with a tiny white head. Has a really funky, skunky aroma. I guess its orange, and almost had a tomato thing going on. Didnt care for the smell much. The flavor was slightly better. Definitely had some funky orange citrus flavors, with a malty, mild cinnamon flavor. Just another lame American attempt at a saison. Ive only had a few that I enjoy from this country. Too skunky in its flavor. Disappointing.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of cloves, citrus, fruitiness, caramel, apples, and a little funky. Tastes of fruitiness (pears with some sweet apples), spicy, bready, and some caramel.

Hazy yellow color. Smells like a tripel with some funky notes. Pretty thick with sweet belgian candy flavoes. Basicly tasted like a triple with yeasty flavors mixed in.

Old hops in the aroma, buttery with some caramel in the aroma. Pours gold, no head, and little sign of carbonation. Sweet upfront, buttery, crisp hoppiness with a caramel finish. Not great.

12 ounce bottle purchased at Corti Brothers in Sacramento, CA. A little sticky, banana-like estery aroma present. Lightly sweet and lightly spiced. Ok for a saison. Mildly hazy copper body with an extremely quickly dissipating, small white head that is lifeless. Estery, banana flavors to start, turning INSANELY sweet, sugar, and cloying. There is a little spicy pepperiness in the middle, with some ethanol that is warming on the way down. A bit doughy and medicinal. Another mediocre beer from these guys.

Bottle from someone. Odd, kind of marshmallowy taste, almost like smores, with a bit of yeast and strawberry. Sounds delicious, but it’s not. Flavor is doughy, slightly astringent, a bit sweet, and a bit totally not very good.
