| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 24, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s. Turbid deep orangy pour with 2-finger off-white head. Aroma of bready caramel malt, orange marmalade, spicy florals, slight funk, and peppery notes. The taste was bready caramel malt, some earthy hops, pepper, and spicy floral notes. This one came across like a Belgian themed IPA such as Urthel Hop it, and was quite good. Lubiere (4528), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Nice amber color with a white head that quickly filmed. Thin to medium body. Near creamy carbonation. The flavor is complex. Earth, citrus, caramel, tobacco?, light stone fruits. The finish is earthy hop, and a touch of orange. Really something good. beerguy101 (3920), Newark, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 26, 2003 Medium amber/copper color. Small head. Aroma is malty and a touch fruity. A medium bodied pale ale. Malts are nutty and slightly sweet. Hops are citrusy and slightly bitter. It’s slightly unbalanced toward the hops, and a fairly standard Pale Ale. It’s very drinkable, but there is nothing to distinguish it from ant other American Pale Ale. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, it leave this beer lost in the legions of similar APAs. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is bitter. Braudog (3766), Dayton, Ohio, USA

The aroma is alluring as well, full of sweet cereals. As if the intent all along was to stick to the breakfast theme, this drinks like a liquid Wheat Chex, full of rich, malty cereal grains, but enticingly sweet and enjoyable. quite a good beer, actually.(#3397, 4/10/2008) ratman197 (3214), Arvada, Colorado, USA
