Commercial Description:
A restrained acidic character was achieved with some delicate, soft tart flavors accompanied by hints of leather and barnyard. Cuvee de Jackie is a blend of 3 cabernet barrel aged beers each inoculated with a different strain of brett.

Pours a hazy gold. Funky yeasty notes, bretty light malts. Flavor, lemony, yeasty, some funky notes, sour dry finish.

tap at beer engine. Pours a murky orange brown with a small tan head. Aroma is funky grass, bread, leather, plastic, dust, and cherry tartness. Nice bretty funkin cherry tart, wood, nail polish remover, earth. Great beer. Wish i had time to get more than a 4 oz sample of this...

On tap at the Beer Engine pours cloudy red amber color with off white head. Aroma has hints of tart cherry, acetone, barnyard funk, and leather. Smooth mouthfeel with a lot of tiny bubbles playful as the carbonation is very light. Flavor very complex. There are layers of acetone, barnyard, funk, tart cherry, leather, and finishes dry. None overpowers the other and each flavor compliments the other as this is one smooth brew. A real pleasure to try.
