May 28, 2007 Good amber ale with nice roasted aroma and some caramel flavors. Quite malty.

Jul 20, 2006 On tap @ Jacks poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting light amber head. Aromas of light cocoa and a hint of nuts. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of cocoa, a hint of nuts and toasted malt with a lingering bittersweet finish.

Nov 25, 2002 Tap. Dark amber. Malty and smooth. Rather one dimensional, but a fine drinkable beer.

Sep 25, 2002 Medium Amber color, maple aroma. Malty with very little hoppyness. Medium body, fuller taste. Malt sweetness very maple like, yet not very sweet. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is malty.
