Warm golden with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, banana and fruit and the flavour is sweetish with notes of clove, spice, banana, fruit and wheat. The body is good and full, and it’s a nice weiss. Thank you Masn/g2b.dk.

A Mes rate: Bottle at London Drinker. I’m not a weiss fan at all. This however, is an absolute cracker. Nothing unusual about it, banana, a little clove, some citrus, usual weiss. It just had to be said that this is a shining example of how this style should be. Usually run of the mill, here it is simply excellent. Balances out perfectly well, head retention is superb, mouthfeel is full and silky, incredibly lengthy finish. Absolutely excellent.

Bottle at London Drinker BF 07. Cloudy pale gold with lasting white head. Bananary estery aroma is classy. Lemon. Deep lasting flavour. Excellent mouth feel. Smooth. Some cereal flavour. Really good balance of all the flavours and a brilliant weissbier.

Bottle: Hazy, bronze coloured, small foamy layer, quickly diminishing; fruity, a bit tart nose, dominated by cloves and bananas; sweetish flavour, texture is a bit sticky, medium bodied; fruity, and also a bit tart and bitter (!) finish. A decent, well balanced Weizen............

Draught at Wurstküche, Regensburg: Aroma of bananas, cloves and yeast. Flavor is yeasty with a intensive banana flavor. Sparkling, pleasant sweetness. Very nice balanced wheat.
