Commercial Description:

English: Jacobs Jule Ale is an over fermented, dark Christmas Ale of 6.5 %, brewed on lager mash. Two types of hops have been used, one creating a certain bitterness and the other the very exquisite taste. Orange peel and a very fine treacle named Cane Molasses have been added, giving the beer a fine harmony.

It’s a clear, beautiful, dark red mahogany color and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, light spice and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, light raisin, licorice and spice and the finish has some dry citrus.
