Jul 6, 2006 Bottled. Black, with a small tan head. Aroma is quite unique, with coffee, soil, mint, mushrooms, roastiness and spices. Flavor is not as interesting, but still good, with coffee, mint and roasted malt. Full, sweet body and a finish with some alcohol and roasted malt. This beer should be enjoyed with food or snacks, the flavor is a bit boring if not. (060704)

Mar 2, 2008 Bottled, served at the Carlsberg Visitor Center. Pours a very deep dark brown colour with a medium fairly well lasting beige head. Aroma of spices, coffee and mint with roasted malt. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with roasted malt, coffee, dark fruits, mint and chocolate. Nice sweet stout indeed.
