Jun 5, 2006 An orange beer with a thin lazinge white head. The aroma is sweet with distinct notes of the seaberries (havtorn) - but not the aroma of a pilsener. The flavor is sweet fruity and again with a very nice and very distinct notes of seaberries - it seems as if the seaberries gives it a very soft mouthfeel - inspite of a high carbonation.

May 21, 2007 Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Clear yellow. Sweet with some buttery malt. Fruity with clean mouthfeel. Notes of honey and sugar. Salty finish. Much too sweet for a pilsener.

May 15, 2007 CBF07 sample from tap. Pours golden clear. Lovely aroma of bitter hops. Flavour is sweet and soft malt and hops, a tart fruityness. Ends in a good soft bitter and sweet blend.
