Ungstrup (11136), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 5, 2006 An orange beer with a thin lazinge white head. The aroma is sweet with distinct notes of the seaberries (havtorn) - but not the aroma of a pilsener. The flavor is sweet fruity and again with a very nice and very distinct notes of seaberries - it seems as if the seaberries gives it a very soft mouthfeel - inspite of a high carbonation. omhper (10454), Stockholm, Sweden May 21, 2007 Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Clear yellow. Sweet with some buttery malt. Fruity with clean mouthfeel. Notes of honey and sugar. Salty finish. Much too sweet for a pilsener. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 22, 2006 (On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving a broad curtain of laces. Fresh, lightly floral, hoppy nose. Medium body with a marked, bitter but very fresh hopping. 190506 yespr (6361), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 15, 2007 CBF07 sample from tap. Pours golden clear. Lovely aroma of bitter hops.
