The flavour is buttery and toffeeish. A bit of alcohol, but it tastes of less than it really is. An experiment which I am sure will not be continued. Maria (6207), Thisted, Denmark

The aroma has notes of raisin, caramel and sourness from the added lacto. The flavor is sweet and sour/tart (from the lacto) and it has notes of raisin, dry citrus and caramel – perhaps not the most tasty test-brew, but interesting indeed. Pours muddy pale brown with no head. Aroma has yoghurt, blackberries, a touch of malt. Low, but prickly carbonation, oily fat mouthfeel. Soft flavour, extremely sweet, and still very tart with lots of lactose. Light vinious. Quite unbalanced.
