A hefe profile came through for me, with the clove aroma having something like artificial watermelon candy as well. Mostly clear, just a bit of haze in the dirty yellow color. This was disappointing flat in appearance and palate, with only the fact that I was eating some rather salty rice pilaf able to compensate by stimulating a nice secondary fizz in my mouth. As it warms it ends somewhat limp in the mouth. Acceptable, but with much disappointment.

Crisp yeastiness and noble hops. Tasted rather kolsch-like to me, with a clean maltiness.

A decent summer ale, not too strong. It is spicy and fruity; like the description says. Make sure it stays cold though, otherwise it gets a little nasty. Good when drank outside on a nice warm day.
