From a 12 oz. twist-off bottle with no freshness date, sampled at cellar temperature in a shaker glass. Poured a slightly hazy pale yellowish golden with a large foamy white head, decent retention, small amount of laced sticking. Faint aromas of citrus, bananas and dusty wheat. Good carbonation and a softly crisp, thin, watery, medium-light bodied mouthfeel. A pretty thin tasting wheat ale, soft banana fruitiness, mild citrus and dry salt, a light powdery wheat, it is dry in the finish, just bland in the palate. I don’t see much to recommended this, except a cheap price.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is faint but some wheat and yeast are there. Flavor is again faint with some bitter lemon and some sugar. I wanted to like this one but its not to be.

A short-lived head provides very little aroma for a wheat beer. Not as cloudy as was expected either. With just a hint of fruit and lemon this wheat is good for quenching thirst, but comes up short. Disappointing.

I have three James Pages beers and I’m now looking forward to none of them. This pours lightly hazy yellow with a sudsy white head. The aroma has wheat malt, light sweetness and light butteriness. Medium / light body with semi-soft carbonation. The taste starts with smooth wheat malt, some metallic astringency and light butter. The finish has even more of the wretched butter and spice. This is not good and warrants a big thumbs down. .

Bottled. Poured a clear, medium dull golden with rising carbonation and a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma found sweet and zesty wheat notes as well as a hint of lemon... some dusty artificial sweetener hit the nose too. Flavor was along the same lines, with dusty wheat and accents of lemon.. not bad, but wholly unimpressive. Grainy and kind of ugly across the palate.. higher carbonation. Not a good one.

The body is a slightly hazy yellow with a white head and active swirling carbonation. The aroma has some mild tangerines and a little bit of marigolds. The taste has some light peanut shells and a little bit of colby cheese. This is another cheap, boring and uninspired crappy American Wheat.

Pours a lightly hazed golden color, with an inch or so of sudsy white foam. Okay head retention and a little lacing. Mild aroma with a hint of spice. The beer starts out a little on the sweet side, with a light malt flavor that is somewhere between caramel and honey. This is brief as it fades into more of a light wit flavor - drier with just a touch of coriander. It finishes on the weak side - not quite watery, but close enough. Light carbonation. I’m not likely to try this one again.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a white head. Faint aroma of clove and banana. Flavors were of clove, banana and banana candy. Light somewhat lively carbonation...a bit watery...finishes clean. Meh, not horrible but nothing interesting either.
