An outstanding hefe. Cloudy, opaque light yellow pour, served with an orange. Wispy white head with lots of banana, orange and cloves. Simply awesome. beerbuzzmontreal (2911), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 11, 2007 Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Mild aroma of cloves and banana. Bland flavor of cloves and bananas. The body is light with an oily texture and lively carbonation. The yeast and ester presence is not strong enough to make this beer interesting. hezron (604), Viroqua, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 6, 2005 Banana, clove and a hint of sulfer. The sulfer fades after the initial sniff. Cloudy yellow with a thin, white head. Nice flavor with a bit of the banana and wheat twang, but the spiciness (clove, black pepper) is most prominent. Sweet, but not candy-like. Thin body, watery palate. darkerdabetter (255), Michigan, USA

Wheat beer with light body cloudy appearance wtih aroma and flavor that was good balance of wheat and banana. Each of the brews I tried had a very distinct pleasent finish. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 14, 2003 A little acidic flavor components; otherwise a standard, fair-quality banana-laden hefe - looks the part. TOO cold! hennes (932), Fountain, Michigan, USA
