small white head on an amber body. This beer tastes a little better than its sister the Presiden lager, but not much. It could be more malty and generally have more taste.

Bottle. A great swedish beer. Not on a par with Postiljonen - also from Jämtlands Bryggeri - but still enjoyable.

500ml Bottle (Thanks to my lovely girlfriend Kristiina!) - Amber in colour with a small head. Malty aroma with some fruity and hoppy notes. It tastes slightly sterile at first but then you detect that it is malty and hoppy and rather well balanced with raisins being noticeable in a fruity and hoppy finish.

500 ml bottle. Big white creamish head. Foggy dark copper colored body. Good lacework. Smell of rounded, delicate sweet malts and a grassy/herbal hops. Taste is nicely balanced, refined malts blending well with fresh, noble hops. Strong body. Inviting bitter finish. One of the best pale/premium lagers I’ve ever tasted...

Tap, Man in the Moon bar - Large white disappering head. Big heavy aroma for being a lager, with notes of caramel and herbs. Also hints of citrus fruits. Citrus becomes more evident in the flavor which mixes well with the slight hint of caramel. Nice complex hoppiness creates a high palate score. Much better on tap.

Bottle. Pale brown body, white frothy head. Light malty aromaand a tad fruity. Medium malty flavour. Some fruitiness. Pleasant carbonation. Pretty complex for a pale lager. Light bitter finish. (Ånn, 19.03.08)
