It almost tastes like an IPA. Poured in the glass it’s intense yellow with thick lasting head. Aroma is hops. Taste is hops and to a lesser extent malt. It’s very dry and bitter. A fav! gnoff (3570), Göteborg, Sweden

Aroma of malt, toffe and wet dog. Fudge. Some citrus and fruits. The flavour starts of round and malty. Butter and toffe. Continues quite grapefruity hoppy for a lager. Orangepeel, grass and grape. It finishes off with bitter butter. A bit metal taste in the end. henrikb (1303), Aarhus, Denmark

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 5, 2006 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 June) Colour is golden yellow, with hints of copper. Firm rocky head, slowly diminishing. Nose is hoppy and flowery with hints of nuts and toffee, dried fruit and citrus (grapefruit, Seville orange). Taste is hoppy, starts somewhat sweet, turns into a long, dry, hoppy finish. Lovely hop character, dominated by Cascade hops. Hints of nuts and honey. Brilliant, this has been a favourite since it’s release, and it never tastes as good as it does draught at Akkurat or Oliver Twist in Stockholm. Moz (613), Gothenburg, Sweden
