The aroma is all earthy, peppery and herbal hops, malts and esters. Balanced flavor. Pale malts and spicy, grassy hops. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, moderately bitter, bone-dry finish. I guess I’ll go against the grain on this one. I just didn’t really enjoy it all that much. Kudos, however, to Marsiblursi for providing the bottle! boboski (1095), Alabama, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 2, 2007 This was surprising from start to finish. A nearly translucent golden body with bright yellow highlights. Thin white head, mostly diminishing. The nose is very hoppy, grassy, pungent, with plenty of very lightly toasted and fresh grain, some sourdough bread notes. Lemon and light peach juice touches also. This smells like it will be incredibly dry, as turned out to be the case. The flavor is loaded with grassy hops and light, lemony acidity. Bitterness is mild in the taste. Virtually no sweetness. Grains seem to have a medium level of toast now. The mouthfeel is soft, lightly spicy and drying quickly. Off-dry finish, grainy, hoppy, lightly to moderately acidic. Pretty tasty, dry as a bone. beeranarchist (185), Aalborg, Denmark

Hoppy and fruity aroma with some bready and grainy notes. Medium body, nice lingering bitterness that is well supported by the malty backbone. Dry finish. A VERY nice lager that I easily could a lot of! estoves2 (98), Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 9, 2007 500 ml bottle. Hazy and lively orange/golden body under a dense, mostly lasting, lightly tanned head. Alluring aromas of sweet citrus, flowers and fresh baked bread. Taste is dryish malts, light acidulous fruits with a suitable hopbitterness. Medium body, lingering hopbitter end. Hell... this is my favorite Premium Lager! estoves (41), Göteborg, Sweden

Very balanced flavour profile, with some malt sweetness backed up with a massive but delicious bitterness.
