Striking ivory head, very generous and fairly dense. Wonderful floral aroma with a dusty, fruity barnyard presence. Instant classic in my mind: dry, funky aroma paired with yeasty baked bread and sweet, overripe bananas, pears and mushy apples. Mouthfeel and texture is pure and simple: soft on the tongue with a slight tingle in the back of the mouth. Extremely dry finish, with a long, bitter, yeasty, fruity flavour...exactly what it should be in my view. Well done!
