Pint in Newcastle area. Pours dark copper with a lasting creamy head, Taste is lightly bitter and some hops, not much else. Enjoyable drink.

Bonny bronze coloured ale again with tight white head that seems to be present in most of Jarrow beers. Roasted coffee hints in the nose and a nice heart presence in the mouth. Appley fruit followed by pleasing long dry finish.

Aroma was notable toffee malts, grassy bittering hops. Taste is againt a malty base with just plain bittering hops, very unadventurous ale.

Cask@The Pembury Tavern, Hackney. Golden colour. This beer is the sum of its parts. Grainy malt, lightly citric leafy hops. Neither character standing out and quite balanced between the two. This was pretty thin and dull however.

cask @ pembury. Thanks again to paul for sharing, especially since I quite enjoyed this one. Dark amber. Nice combo of nana, cereal and rum in the nose. Hoppy taste of nuts and malts. Moderately bitter. Decent stuff.
