Commercial Description:
The Jasper Union Local 62305 Blonde Ale is as smooth and refreshing as its predecessors, the fine German Kolche beers of Cologne. The Union Blonde takes its name from its light colour, soft flavours and is at its best cold. It is a tribute to all those who put their time into making this brewery as awsome as it is today.

On tap at Jasper Brewing Company. Poured a clear, very pale golden with just a ring of white head. There really wasn’t much going on in the nose... some vegetal notes, light pale malts, and honey showed up with coaxing. Pale malts and veggies again in the flavor.. and they left their impression on the finish. Light-bodied with a mild bitterness... left tacky, sweet vegetal notes at the finish. Not so good.
