Sample @ Jaxons airway location. Don’t know if this is the name of the Barley Wine sample server brought out as we were finishing diner. Fruit beer was out and they just put this one online. Amber body with off white head. Good sweet fruit flavor and aroma. Could also detect alcohol punch in aroma and flavor also. Sweet aftertaste with some dryness on palate. Good BW.

tap at brewpub-pours a nice copper hue with nice tan head. Very good lacing from the start. sweet malty aroma. a little surupy and grainy at the same time. big, surupy palate with some hops in the finish. some residual sweetness, but adds to the complexity. a cool barleywine.
