Hazy, deep banana colored body with a clean white head. Interesting aroma of maple, nuts, and fresh wheat. Dry, nutty maple flavor with light esters. Refreshing and interesting. Has some decent body for an American brewed wheat beer. Very novel and respectable. Like a great breakfast cereal.

pours a nice cloudy yellow hue with vigerous carbonation and a fastly dissipating white pillowy head. nice sweet aroma of honey, wheat malts, sweet maple (slight) and a touch of noble hops. great body for this style. nice firm palate for a wheat beer. one of the best i have had in this style. fizzy, lively mothfeal that really acentuated many of the flavors. nice tingle on the tongue mid palate. One of the best wheat beers i have had.
