Oct 10, 2007 bottle at toms ... nice golden yellow... sharp apple ... sweet ! apples ... very good apples at that... as well as sharp typical cideryness. but clean and balanced.

Sep 28, 2006 Aroma is very appley, fresh and a bit sour. Taste is similar with a bit of overly ripe sweet tangyness but very dry. Carbonationa is soo fine the mouthfeel is excellent. A serious amount of yeast in this bad boy also.
