| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Hazy orange body. Orange lemon nut aroma. Very sweet orange abricot flavor with a creamy palate. A bit thin bodied. Low carbonation. Long fruity sweet aftertaste. Definately not my idea of a Christmas beer. Alcohol well hidden though. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 10, 2009 A Mes rate. Bottle at Borefts 10am day after hotel tasting. Murky amber orange with a lasting off white head. Something very English about this one and I can’t put my finger on it. All the usual caramel and spice that you would expect are there but there is a toally unexpected marmalade character giving plenty of fruity flavour and a little zing round the edges of the palate. Nice. stouby (1956), Holbaek, Denmark

Hazy orange with a light tan head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, brown sugar, notes of fruit), light hoppy. Flavor very sweet, light bitter. Medium body. OK. Maria (6336), Thisted, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 6, 2009 It’s unclear, dark red amber and the head is creamy. The aroma is perfumed fruity with hints of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, clove, wheat and quite some fruit. It’s soft and quite nice, but not really a weizen bock IMO.
