Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 28, 2003 The aroma is very sweet with strong spices and flowery notes - I think it is the yeast. The color is orange and it has a fine lasting head. The flavor is very like the aroma: very sweet, spicy and flowery with notes of honey and alcohol prickling across the tongue. It ends on a very dry woody and fruity note. A nice beer. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 2, 2005 Updated: Jan 7, 2007(Bottle 65 cl) Comes as "Jenlain Bière Blonde". Pale golden with a fine, creamy head. Almost clear with a sediment though. Very soft and pleasant with some malty sweetness and a discreet yet marked bitterness. 240303 and 291206 omhper (11030), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 2, 2006 [Bottled] Clear golden. Fruity peach aroma. Sweet and fairly soft. Medium bodied and overly fruity with notes of red berries. Low bitterness. Oakes (7047), Miami Beach, Florida, USA May 2, 2003 Rich gold, moderate carbonation, thin head. Aroma of apple skins, white bread, grassy noble hop notes, slight corn syrup (not dms, though), and canned peaches. A hint of crispness at the outset is soon countered by a slightly plasticy cloying note. Moderate bitterness then cuts in with woody accents - not like real trees but maybe some spindly sidewalk conifer. The flavour development comes to a rather abrupt halt with a hint of acidity and a fading grainy finish. joergen (6947), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 7, 2007 Bottle.
