[on draught at the Oakford Social Club, Reading] A reasonable sweet dark golden bitter, a little fruity, very smooth and easy drinking. Not outstanding but slips down easily; a good session beer.

Cask at Spaniards Inn, Hampstead Heath 26 Apr 08. Golden colored. A small creamy head. Modest aroma of prunes. Watery impression with hints of fruit. A modest bitter finish.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small white head. Faint grainy aroma. Sweet treacly malt taste. Mid bitter finish. Decent without being spectacular.

Cask at the St Radegund as well as various pubs in Cumbria. Golden, hoppy, with a slightly chewy mouthfeel and some sourish fruit. Performs better when served with a sprinkler. Not one of Jennings’ best, but more than drinkable

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Fruity grassy hops. Light malts with mouthfilling (but not excessive) herbal bitterness. quite simple but a drinkable session.
