Commercial Description:
Cask; Special - July 2007.
A light straw coloured easy drinking ale made with classic English hops. This beer has a sting in the tale with a delicious honey finish.

Cask (handpump) @ The Plough Inn, WA2, Houghton Green. Clear light amber color with a small virtually none white head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, butter honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texute is creamy, carbonation is flat.

Bon Accord. Aroma is noteable honey character, not over powring however. Taste is nicely balancd, hints of citrus acidic sick, hpowver not in a bad was on the finish.

Golden and slightly hazy at first: it cleared eventually, though. Short head and hardly any scent at all: just a hint of peach and grass. Quite carbonated and sweet with a dry end. In the mouth, there is just a touch of honey and hop but that’s it.

A Mes rate: Cask at the Volly. Dark blonde colour with a decent head that leaves the most solid lacing I have seen so far. Slight hoppage with plenty of malt and honey in the nose. Same in the flavour with a little less honey, thankfully. Something a little acrid about it. Certainly not the best Jennings beer.
