Commercial Description:
This is an Andean Red Ale of great character. Slightly bitter, with toasted caramel flavors and long lasting notes of spice and fruit on the finish. Aged 3 months prior to bottling.

Light fruity and malt aroma. Pours cloudy amber-red with thin head. Body is light, flavour is slightly sweet with some mild spiciness.

Bottle. Medium sized ivory fizzy head that mostly diminished, one ring of lacing, transparent, visible carbonation, and an orange hue. The aroma wa malty, toasty, some caramel, hint of citrus, fruity, spicy, and subtle hops. The flavor mimicked the aroma along with being lightly bitter. A tingly mouthfeel and a light-medium bodied beer. For me this is an easy drinking beer with a good flavor and a beer that would make a nice session beer IMO. It has a pleasantly refreshing flavor to it and is worth trying. This is a beer I would drink again.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated golden brown colored body. The mild aroma was brown and red malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of semi-sweet malt and mild red malts. An OK brew just nothing special.
