| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 26, 2005 This is a straw colored slightly cloudy beer. The aroma is reminiscent of a traditional lager with a pilsner taste. Not the greatest offering from the Jersey breweries. Bockyhorsey (2554), Mesa, Arizona, USA

Small head and gold body. Had good carbination. Was good on the palate after an hour picking weeds out the yard. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 8, 2005 A very non-assertive quaffable brew. Pale yellow gold. Small whitish head. Cookie, dough nose. Doughy, yeasty twang, pale sweet malts. Thin body. Clean crisp finish. Not much for complexity here. But drinkable and refreshing nonetheless. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA

Bottle poured a golden yellow with a good, but gone in a flash head and decent lacing.
Aroma of malt and cookies?
Flavor of malt, thin body.
Not to bad for a once in awhile beer..but not that great. Aurelius (2654), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 3, 2005 Be warned, this is quite a shock coming off a sampling of the Jersey Ale, and it’s much less impressive. Aroma is mild and watery. The flavor is lightly sweet, a bit flowery and doughy. Light hopping, light body, light mouth. Aftertaste has a cookie-like quality to it. Mild astringency on the lips. This isn’t a bad beer, perhaps a sweetish summer session brew, but it isn’t worth going out of the way for. Drew (2410), Kent, Ohio, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 15, 2004 Very light yellow golden brew with no head and no lacing - I see carbonation rising up but it just disappears. Aroma is fint and bland - a little sweet. Body is medium thin, sweet biscuit malts, light hops - tastes like Goldings maybe? Finish verges on metallic. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA
