Bottle at Stubnitz - a "concert-boat" - to a concert/gig with Otomo Yoshihide (Jap) on turntables - no records on, just the noise from the "pick-up" - on these turntables the pick-up was just a metalwire - after that he played a couple of tracks on guitar. Later he brought in 6 friends (4 Danish + 2 Japanese). They played a very noisy gig on 3 drumsets and 4 guitars, fantastic. Well now to the beer. Dark, dark brown almost black - offwhite to light brown head. A very malty beer, roasted, sweet, some chokolate, light nutty, bread... i am not gonna miss this beer, but would like to experience that gig again.

Another good schwarzbier; aroma of chocolate, roasted coffee, maybe caramel. Smooth and bitter at the same time. May not be delicious, but is fully satisfying.

Bottle: Dark red nice white foam. ARoma of koffee and dark chocolate, and almost a bit of citric ending. Maltyness, and and a balanced hops in the end. Thin to Medium body, with a medium bitter finish.
