Feb 10, 2008 A big soapy head distinguishes he appearance of this beer. Aroma is Saaz hops hop and some grass. Flavor is bread, honey and lemon. Hard to get excited about this beer.

Feb 7, 2008 Golden body and a tall white head. The aroma and flavor are bead crusty, a bit yeasty, and lemon grass like. The palate starts sweet but ends dry and bitter... yet a hint of honey is still present. A nice flavorful and mildly complex pilsner.

Feb 2, 2008 bottle. Nice pilsner--hoppy, bitter, refreshing, grass. Nice with a ham, cheese, mustard on rye. Good pils.

Jan 31, 2008 clear gold with large creamy white head. major skunk and corn flakes aroma. flavor is sweet and grainy, corn flaky, taco shell. drinkable, but a little overrated. crisp, light body.

Jan 25, 2008 Bottle. Pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma: Grassy hops, grain, white bread, light honey sweetness. Flavor: Bitter hops, grass, grain, herbs, white bread, some light sweetness. Dry and bitter lasting aftertaste. Big bitterness but still easy to drink.
