Commercial Description:
Unique in taste. The secret lies in the water, which is still taken from the same well used well over 100 years ago. The water from our well is unusually pure and soft. That allows us to add a touch more hops to create the Friesian-bitter taste that distinguishes Jever Pilsner from any other beer.

Draught. Bland yellow, decent head. Faint aroma. Full bodied, malty taste going into a creamy bitter hop finish.

Bottle thanks to my buddy Stefan. Semi clear pale golden in colour with a medium sized white head. Quite refreshing with notes of metal, bread, grass and a somewhat dry and bitter finish.

Draught. Small white but llasting white head. Clear golden body. Lovey distinct hops barley malt aroma. Lovely heavily hops dominated barley malt flavor with some dusty notes of hay and bread. Low carbonation. Long dry and bitter aftertaste.

My favourite pilsener, hoppy, fresh and perfect as an appetizer. Large head, greenish colour, not as complex as an ale of course, but in this category the best.
