Commercial Description:
Unique in taste. The secret lies in the water, which is still taken from the same well used well over 100 years ago. The water from our well is unusually pure and soft. That allows us to add a touch more hops to create the Friesian-bitter taste that distinguishes Jever Pilsner from any other beer.

in Can 500 ml., I believe that this beer is within the best ones pilsener of Germany. A very good golden color. The head is something small, but it lasts, white and cremy. Aroma to grass, very deep.... (forests and humid herbs). It has an average body, the flavor is a perfect mixture of Malty/hoppy. A somewhat dry and fresh end. It lets almost feel Malt until the finish, and hoppy bitter and flavorful for the real finish.

Bottle. Clear golden, medium fluffy white head. Intense malt aroma, fresh, earthy grains, and a herbal hop profile. Medium bodied, with a nice carbonation. Wonderful long a deeply bitter finish.

Bottle. Pale yellow/golden body. Big, fluffy lasting white head with good lacework. Sweetish grain to the nose. Seems like all the hops are left in the flavors... along with some moderately sweet malts. Dry palate. Dry finish. Quite quenching.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Grassy hop aroma. Flavour is hoppy with a light tone of rubber. Long finish with a large bitterness. Quite good.

12oz. Bottle: Heavily bitter aroma. Smells of Pils malts, bittering hops, cardboard, dried grass, and skunk. Poured a light golden color with a medium, rocky, white head that lasted throughout. Good lacing. Crystal clear. Sparkling. Flavor is heavily bitter. Tastes of pils malts at first, then gets heavily bitter with a strong, bitter, hoppy flavor. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Medium-length, very bitter finish. Overall, a good Pils, but I prefer as more floral American Pils to this.

Pale yellow with a thick layer of egg-white foam at the top. Crisp sherbet aroma with some faint bread dough. Grass comes through on tasting. Dry flavour with quite a wholesome bitter finish. Tasty and easily drinkable.

Clear, bubbly yellow with dense white head. Strong aroma of grass, straw, bread and a touch of citrus. Slightly sweet in flavor at the outset, but quickly turns pleasantly bitter. Crisp mouthfeel. Smooth and dry.
