22 oz. bottle purchased at Food Emporium. Pours a hazy light gold color with minimal carbonation. Aroma: Sweet apple. Flavor: Tastes just like regular apple cider...smooth, and it doesn’t taste like there is much alcohol.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle. Nice amber body with thin head. Aroma is tart apples, oak. Flavor has a slight sweet body but defiantly a dominant tartness to it.

Dec 2, 2009 Bottle: Pale translucent yellow with no real head. The nose is bright with apples, cinnamon, caramelized sugar, and hints of fresh baked apple pie. Upon first taste I can again sense the fresh baked pie, down to a crispy crust. More fresh apple and more cinnamon. Son of a bitch! This can’t be organic, it tastes too damn good. On a side note, I have had few ciders to compare this with that were any good. So... for the time being, a higher rating is due for this delicious treat. Really, if you dig it, give it props.

Oct 30, 2009 Pours a hazy gold with no head. Aroma is just like unfiltered apple cider. The flavor is really close as well, nice and crisp with a heavy sugar flavor. Tasty and very drinkable. Yum.

Poured hazy pale color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Moderate aroma of sweet apple. Light to medium body with a dry texture and lively carbonation. Heavy sweet apple flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration.
My expectations were met.
