| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 2, 2009 Bottle: Pale translucent yellow with no real head. The nose is bright with apples, cinnamon, caramelized sugar, and hints of fresh baked apple pie. Upon first taste I can again sense the fresh baked pie, down to a crispy crust. More fresh apple and more cinnamon. Son of a bitch! This can’t be organic, it tastes too damn good. On a side note, I have had few ciders to compare this with that were any good. So... for the time being, a higher rating is due for this delicious treat. Really, if you dig it, give it props. blipp (1679), Newark, New Jersey, USA

Poured hazy pale color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Moderate aroma of sweet apple. Light to medium body with a dry texture and lively carbonation. Heavy sweet apple flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration.
My expectations were met. ChainGangGuy (2568), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 19, 2009 Appearance: Pours out a hazy, orange-gold body with a few gurgled bubbles from the hearty pour, but no appreciable head formation.
Smell: As expected, it’s a nose of apples, at times sweetish, at other times slightly tart.
Taste: Amalgam of both sweet and tart farm-fresh apples splashed lightly with a good Viognier wine. Rather small hint of mustiness tucked away in the background. Light acidity. Minimal hint of alcohol on the sweet-tart finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Lightly carbonated. Soft, smooth mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Just a hair sweeter than I’d prefer it to be. Still, it’s nice to have a cider that’s not chock full of sulfites and dishearteningly watery.
