Good copper color with a soft and feathery head. Malt flavor was a bit stronger than expected, and drowned out most of the bitter that I hoped for. Overall a good beer.

Nice. Coppery color with minimal head. Smooth and drinkable. Nice and malty. Impressive.

Had this on tap somewhere at the Jersey shore (NJ). It's got a decent flavor and a very good feel to it. Needs a bit more hop bite for me. So it's not outstanding, but it is a very good beer that I enjoyed.

Very tasty beer. Copper color and very smooth. Goes down incredibly easy, but still has a sharpness that i love. Have to love those brits!

Golden-copper hue and sudsy white head. Moderate to high carbonation. Herbal hop aroma, fruity malts, and honey. Distinct sourness plus some underlying malt sweetness. Surprisingly tart. Despite my tepid rating, I'm curious to try this one on draught.

Copper colour with a hop nose. Sweet, maltiness comes through in the body. This is an English Amber Ale, so those expecting a hoppy American Amber will be disappointed. A decent beer for the style.

I've always thought this beer was top notch, but never tried it. I had it on draft, it was enjoyable but not an extraordinary ale.

Light-medium amber with no head. Mild malt aroma. Mild malt flavor (a trace of nuts?) with only a hint of hops at the finish. As noted, a bit unexiting for a an ale that's labeled "Amber Ale" on the bottle. But not bad.
