is medium amber, thin density of tiny particles. Aroma is lightly malty
(cookie, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a light note of
butterscotch. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly
bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium
body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Sweet, uninteresting. DEbeer (192), West Virginia, USA

Pretty hoppy, with a weird metallic taste. Nothing at all special. DocKozzak99 (143), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2002 Light amber in color. Aroma is mostly that of hops and it is very subtle - fuggles, goldings? maybe both. I can’t really tell it is so faint. Also this beer is light on the palate and flavor is as subtle as it’s aroma. I find it be very inoffensive and drinkable. MMM...Beer (385), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 8, 2002 Starting off with the most dissappointing part, I thought the appearance was lacking a little bit. Seemed to be a liitle too hazy for a pale ale. However, this beer made up for that with its very pleasant sweet, floral aroma. In addition, the beer was also had a very pleasant variety of hops that left an interesting yet enjoybable after taste. kmeves (1080), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA
