Tap at the Lake Grove location. Deep copper/brown beer. Spicy aroma. Clean clove with some warm cinnamon and even a bit of fenugreek maple character as well. A bit of pepery spice in the nose as well. Flavour is quite earthy, soft Kentish hops, moderate bitterness. The yeast features prominently in this one. Nice beer, actually.

Stratford, PA: A very fresh IPA??? full of hop goodness but not too much. Red copper in the glass with a fast disappearing head. Flavor is nice with citrus notes and some yeast. Finish is a little abrupt and not long lasting.

On draft at the Wayne location... Appears a glowing copper color with a creamy white head that quickly fades out. Some scattered spots of lacing are left on the glass. Smell is of a Belgian yeast spiced IPA with subdued citrusy, and woody hops noted in the spiced base that contains a certain yeast strain that I know all too well thanks to John Rehm. Taste - The Belgian yeast plays a nice complimentary partner to the hop bill in this brew paying homage to the likes of De Ranke XX. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, chewy, bitter, mildly sweet, and dry. Drinkability is of a delicious hybrid treat combining winning traits of both styles.

Poured a reddish copper color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, bubblegum, spices, mint leaf and some grassy herbs. Taste of pine, some more grapefruits, caramel malts, and citrus fruits, medium bitter, and a dry, yeasty finish.
