| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 2, 2005 Updated: Apr 4, 2005On draught, 4/02/05 at J Harvards, Framingham. Served with a lemon, which I promptly removed. Light yellow-gold body, slight haze with a bubbly, off-white head, mostly dissipating in to a cover of bubbles. Aroma of grass, light hay, bubble gum and lemon. Flavor is very grassy, with straw, light vienna malt and a touch of honey and dry wheat. Some light bubble gum, very dry, with drying yeast and a touch of lemon and orange peel. Not terribly flavorful, but at the same time, not terribly watery. Could stand a great deal more malt sweetness, more interesting esters and a bit fuller mouthfeel. zach8270 (2127), Henrietta, New York, USA
