May 18, 2006 On tap at Manchester, CT location. Doughy, bready aroma with some acidity and a slight citric aroma as well. Some metallic aromas are also appreciated. Mild to moderate hazy pale yellowish color with a frothy smallish white head and nice lacing. Biscuity, bready, doughy smooth malty flavors to start. A bit of metallic hoppiness is present a little bit later. Pretty straight forward and not overly complex. This is very smooth and refreshing, though. Nice.
