Draught@Cambridge location. Didn’t seem retired to me when i had it there in late August ’07. This was quite yeasty and sweet, perhaps too much so. Lacks the bite and wild acidity of most Belgian versions you will have. There is spiceyness in here as well, but because of the sweetness, the spices give a slightly sickly mouthfeel. Probably not the best saison you will have.
