Very pale straw. Dead flat...what is this? Light apple and glue aroma. Quite spritz, with a vague plasticy apple note. Quite tart in the finish, from added acids. One of the worst ciders I’ve ever had.

(12oz bottle) Quickly dissipating white head atop clear pear juice body, slightly sparkling. Aroma is moderately sweet, green apple, light white wine. Taste is medium sweet, apple juice, light white wine, pear juice. Light-medium body, low carbonation.

Drinkable but not very interesting. Golden and well carbonated, it’s got a slightly tart, fresh apple aroma which is reflected in the flavor. Slightly acidic finish.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is notes of apple. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Simple, but thankfully not overly sweet. Ok.

Sort of pear juice color with a slight white head. Aroma of crisp apples. Tastes like greenish apples. Near medium body with a sweet/tart impact. If you want a cider, this is not a bad choice.

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 63. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Melbourne Florida and served by Jack Owen the brewmaster. This brew poured a large head of mostly diminishing fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that left behind a transparent softly carbonated very weak uring yellow colored bidy and no lace. The aroma was of apple cider and the mouthfeel was tingly and bitter. It had a weak thin cider flavor.

Draft at the Indian River Brewing Company in Melbourne, FL. It had a small sized white head with fine-large sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was softly carbonated and transparent. The nose reminded me of wine and the flavor was sweet, sour and wine tasting. The mouthfeel was bubbly and tingly and this was a light bodied beer with no lacing.
