Jul 22, 2003 Updated: Oct 30, 2003Shining yellow color with an honest white head. Aroma of cereals.. or grains rather. The taste is pretty malty indeed, sweetness okay balanced with a light bitterness.

Jul 17, 2003 A better beer than most made by mega breweries. I find a light malt flavor and trace of hops. Warmed up a grainy taste becomes more apparent. Decent body, slightly sweet aftertaste.

May 31, 2003 Not too bad but nothing to sing about either. Clear golden color, a little bit of malt in there with a slightly bitter finish. Better than most beers you can find at a lousy gas station.

May 28, 2003 A honest lager from one of Canada's Big Two brewers. All malt flavour, strange astringent middle and a reasonable hop finish. Thirst quenching and clean.
