Brown-orange in color with a small white ring of a head. Spicy aroma, some fruitiness similar to orange peel. Flavor is mildly sweet, mildly bitter with some piney hops underneath caramel malts. Moderately light palate, turning somewhat watery at the finish.

This has to be an Orval clone, and for a small brewpub, a tasty one...pour is lightly hazed coppery color with a thin tight bubbled tan head...richly dry and horesblanket with some bubblegum and maybe brewt...lightly sweet and perfumey...like Orval, but sweeter...
